About me

My personal desire is to understand development processes as much as possible and help companies set up the right processes to increase business performance and employee satisfaction. Working as a website developer, systems analyst, product owner and technical solutions specilist in agile and traditional companies enabled me to understand how development works from different perspectives. This helps me understand the big picture and with that the position of employees in different roles.

When working with different Scrum teams, I noticed a lot of improper use of the Scrum framework. Often management and employees did not understand the purpuse for using the default Scrum structure and they modified Scrum without understanding the consequences. This motivated me to present the consequences and suggestions for improvement in this website, so that you can better understand what can happen if you adapt an individual part of the Scrum framework.
